Animatix does not use personal information to develop new products or services or to generate analytics or insights made available to third parties.
We may also use your information to contact you about the Service and, where permitted by law, third parties’ goods and services. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please email privacy@animatix.ai.
How We Share Your Personal Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual user, without restriction.
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:
- to our subsidiaries and affiliates, where applicable;
- to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business (see Third Party Providers, below);
- to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
- to enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements;
- if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Animatix, users of the Site or the Service, and/or others; and
- for any other purpose for which you provide your consent.
We also reserve the right to transfer your personal and other information to a buyer or other transferee in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganisation, dissolution, sale, or other transfer of some or all of our assets. Should such a sale, merger, or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use your information in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Third Party Providers
We may employ or otherwise utilise third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Site and our provision of the Service, and to process data, perform Site and Service-related services, or to assist us in analysing how the Service is used (collectively, “Third Party Providers”). These Third Party Providers may have access to your personal information solely for the purpose of performing these tasks on our behalf. Animatix requires all Third Party Providers to process personal information only as necessary to deliver the Services, and does not permit Third Party Providers to use personal information for their own purposes, including model training or product development.
Analytics
We may use Third Party Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Site and the Service, including Google Analytics. You may opt out of the aggregation and analysis of data collected about you by Google Analytics by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/.
AI Tools
We use artificial intelligence tools to power the content generation and other functionalities of the Service, including foundation models and API-based AI services operated by independent third-party providers. A current list of active AI Tool integrations and Third Party Providers applicable to enterprise clients is maintained in the Animatix Authorised Sub-Processor List, provided to enterprise clients under the applicable Data Processing Agreement. For self-serve users, the list of active Third Party Providers is available upon written request to privacy@animatix.ai.
Animatix configures its AI Tool integrations to restrict the use of client data for model training purposes. Where Animatix is acting as a deployer and API customer of foundation model providers, all data protection obligations applicable to those providers remain with the respective providers. Enterprise clients should refer to their executed Data Processing Agreement for the full scope of commitments applicable to their organisation.
Security
Animatix takes protecting your information seriously, and has implemented reasonable measures to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher), encryption of data at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and multi-factor authentication for administrative access.
Please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While Animatix implements the measures described above, we cannot guarantee absolute security and cannot be held responsible for breaches that occur despite reasonable precautions.
Your Choices
You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Site and/or the Service may be inaccessible or not function properly.
Animatix may send service updates, service notifications, promotional information and other communications to you via email. Promotional email communications will contain instructions describing how you can opt out of receiving future promotional emails. You may also email us at privacy@animatix.ai to be removed from our mailing list.
Animatix does not share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes.
Accessing, Correcting, and Retaining Your Information
You may send us an email at privacy@animatix.ai to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
We retain personal information for the duration of your agreement with us and, following termination, for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed in a Master Service Agreement between Animatix and the relevant enterprise client, which may provide for an extended transition period of up to 90 days for data export purposes. Aggregated, anonymised operational statistics that do not constitute personal information may be retained for service reliability purposes.
International Data Transfers
Animatix stores and processes personal information primarily within the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where the use of third-party service providers involves a transfer of personal information to a country outside the EEA that has not been subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission, Animatix ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses as adopted by the European Commission. Details of the transfer mechanisms applicable to each third-party provider are available upon written request to privacy@animatix.ai.
